All copies of policies, reports and other school-related documentation are kept in school and are available for parents to see on request.

Enquiries about the school policies, or related issues, should be directed to the Headteacher in the first instance. Further recourse should be to the governing body, the Local Authority and ultimately the DCFS.

Any parent who has a query about a curriculum matter should see *the child’s teacher *the Deputy Head *the Headteacher.

If a problem remains unresolved, a formal written request should be made to the governing body via the Chair of Governors – Mrs Helen Dowman who can be contacted via school.
